Danielle saw dysfunction at a young age and not knowing any better, she also followed in the footsteps of unhealthy patterns and life choices. As an adult Danielle decided to see a Christian therapist who helped her heal from the past and become a healthier version of herself.
Danielle has always been passionate about helping others, and is eager to help others help themselves. Danielle is especially passionate about the family, and rebuilding it from a systemic perspective. Each individual contributes to the well-being of a household and each person’s perceptions and feelings are equally valid for the household to function. She is passionate about healthy communication and building healthy relationships.
Danielle adores children and believes one of the most important jobs is parenting. She is passionate about raising children in a safe and loving environment, with appropriate boundaries and structure.
Danielle has a gentle, non-judgmental approach, while also challenging her client’s thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours to initiate healing and growth.
Danielle loves to travel and has visited over 20 countries. She speaks English and Spanish. Danielle chose the name “Pura Vida” meaning pure life as it represents gratitude, positivity, and appreciating the simple things in life.
